Tasleem is the dispatch app for your team, on Android and iOS. Every parcel's label is scanned as it is handed to the courier, and every return as it comes back — so you know what left, who handed it over and when, and what is still sitting on the shelf.
What your team does with it
Point the phone's camera at the label as you hand the parcel to the courier. The order is stamped with who handed it over and when. Tasleem warns you first when an order is unconfirmed, declined, cancelled, on hold or looks like a duplicate.
When a return reaches the shop, scan it, mark it OK, damaged or missing, note which items came back, and take photos. A damaged or missing return starts a claim in Tarteeb.
Everything handed over today — yours, or the whole team's — with the time and the courier's tracking number.
Search by order number, name, phone or tracking number and see the items with their sizes, colours and custom names, and where the parcel is.
Orders someone flagged in Tarteeb show up on the phone too, so the person at the door sees the note before the parcel goes.
Request today's courier pickup from the phone, with the number of parcels and a note, without walking back to the computer.
Getting your team on Tasleem
In Tarteeb, go to Settings → Team and add a dispatch account for each person: a username and a password, which Tarteeb can generate for you. No email needed.
From the App Store or Google Play, once it is published there. The links will appear on this page.
With that username and password. Each person chooses English or Arabic for themselves.
The new phone appears in Tarteeb's Needs attention list. Approve it and it is ready. Device approval is on by default, and you can turn it off in Settings.

Delete my account
Your sign-in stops working at once, every phone signed in to your account is signed out, and the business owner and admins are told that you deleted it.
Ask your business owner or an admin to remove you in Tarteeb (Settings → Team), or email [email protected] with your username and the business name. Tasleem accounts have no email address, so we confirm the request with the business owner before deleting it.
