Tarteeb · by Bunyawi

Every order confirmed, booked and printed — from one screen.

Tarteeb is the order desk for Shopify brands in Egypt. It picks up each order, fixes the address, asks the customer to confirm on WhatsApp from your own number, books Fincart or Bosta, prints the label at your shop, and keeps one list of what needs a person.

  • Fincart, or Bosta directly
  • WhatsApp from your own number
  • English or Arabic, per person

What happens to an order

From "new order" to "delivered", without the spreadsheet.

  1. It arrives

Shopify orders appear within minutes — from your website, your app or anywhere else Shopify takes them — with sizes, colours and custom text shown inline. Phone orders go in through the New Order tab and are created in Shopify too.

  2. The address is fixed

The governorate and area are matched to your courier's own list. If Tarteeb is not sure, the order waits in Needs attention with one-click suggestions.

  3. The customer confirms

A WhatsApp message from your number asks them to confirm or cancel. A cancel is flagged, so the order is not shipped by mistake.

  4. It is booked and printed

One click books Fincart or Bosta. The label and the packing slip print on the shop's printer.

  5. It leaves the shop

Your team scans the label with Tasleem as they hand the parcel over — so a parcel that was booked but never left gets noticed.

  6. It is followed to the door

Tracking updates come in from the courier. Late parcels are chased in the courier's group, the customer can get a follow-up message, and returns are scanned back in.

What Tarteeb does

The whole order desk, not one more app to check.

Orders arrive on their own

New and changed Shopify orders come in within minutes, with each item's options and custom text in the list. Two orders from the same customer on the same day are flagged, and you can merge them. Changes you make are written back to Shopify.

The address, fixed

Arabic or English, typed any way: every address is matched to a governorate and to the courier's own area list. When the match is weak, you get one-click suggestions instead of a rejected booking.

WhatsApp confirmation from your own number

Through Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API, on your verified WhatsApp Business number, with Confirm and Cancel buttons. Messages start in Egyptian Arabic and every word is yours to edit. Meta bills its message fees to your own WhatsApp Business account.

Follow-ups you switch on

Optional messages when an order is delivered, cancelled or returned, a reminder, and a note when an address needs fixing — each on or off, and sent only inside the hours you choose.

Fincart or Bosta, one click

Your business picks its default courier: Fincart, with any carrier on Fincart, or Bosta directly. Book one order or a hundred, print labels, follow tracking and cancel before pickup. Reshipments, return pickups and exchanges start from the order too.

Pickups and the courier group

For carriers on Fincart, Tarteeb fills in Fincart's pickup form and can post the pickup message to your courier's WhatsApp group — each with its own tick. Edits after pickup, late chases and claims go to the group from a spare number you link, between 09:45 and 18:00 by default, five minutes apart, never on Fridays. "Copy and open the group" is always there as a fallback.

Shipping with Bosta directly

Bosta complaints are filed and followed from your own Gmail and your Bosta dashboard, and each open one stays in Needs attention until it is closed. Tarteeb also spots your Bosta shipment packages, lets you choose one, and can renew it automatically if you switch that on.

Late parcels and claims

The late clock starts at pickup, not at booking. Late parcels are listed and chased; a claim for a broken or missing item gets one status card — filed, acknowledged, paid or rejected — instead of a thread you have to scroll.

Labels and packing slips print at your shop

The free Tarteeb Print Helper runs on the shop's Windows or Mac computer and prints to the printer you pick — a 4×6 or A6 label printer for labels, A6 or A5 for packing slips. Pair it once with a code; if it is off, the browser prints instead.

One list of what needs you

New phones to approve, flagged orders, areas to fix, failed bookings, delivery problems, declined orders, parcels nobody dispatched, messages waiting for the group, open claims, Bosta complaints and late parcels — each with the button that fixes it.

Your team, with the right access

Owner, admin and staff accounts for the panel; dispatch accounts for Tasleem. Everyone signs in as themselves, and everyone chooses English or Arabic for themselves.

Tasleem at the door

Your dispatch team scans each parcel out, and each return back in, with the Tasleem app. Tarteeb shows who handed over what, and when.

How it works

Four steps from sign-up to your first printed label.

Connect Shopify

Paste your store address and an Admin API access token from a custom app in your Shopify admin. Tarteeb checks the connection and your orders start arriving.

Paste your Fincart or Bosta key

Choose your default courier and paste its key in Settings — the access token from your Fincart profile, or the API key from your Bosta dashboard. Tarteeb checks it before it books anything.

Connect WhatsApp

Connect your WhatsApp Business number for customer confirmations. For the courier-group messages, link a spare number too — or skip it and use "copy and open the group".

Print & ship

Download the Print Helper from Settings → Printing, run it on the shop computer and type the pairing code. Book, print, hand over — and scan each parcel out with Tasleem.

Early access

We switch new businesses on one at a time.

Create your account with your business name, a username, your email and a password. Once you have confirmed your email with a 6-character code, our team reviews the account and switches it on — then you sign in and connect your store. While Tarteeb is in early access we add businesses gradually.

Questions

What merchants ask about Tarteeb.

Do I need a Shopify store?

Yes. Tarteeb works with Shopify stores today. It reads your orders from Shopify and writes your changes back — an address you fixed, a cancellation, a fulfilment — so Shopify stays the record.

Which couriers does it work with?

Fincart, with whichever carriers you use on Fincart, and Bosta directly. Each business chooses its default. You can also run Tarteeb without booking through it: orders, address fixing, WhatsApp confirmation and packing slips still work.

Does the confirmation really come from my WhatsApp number?

Yes — from your own verified WhatsApp Business number, through Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API. Meta charges its message fees to your own WhatsApp Business account; we do not resell messages.

Could my number get banned?

Customer confirmations use Meta's official API, which is the supported way for a business to message its customers.

The courier-group messages are different. Meta's API cannot post into a group someone else created, so those are sent from a spare number you link the way you would link WhatsApp Web. That is outside Meta's business API, and WhatsApp can restrict a linked number — which is exactly why we never use your store's number for it, and why you can switch the group messages off and use "copy and open the group" instead.

Why does Tarteeb need my Gmail for Bosta?

Only if you ship with Bosta directly and switch complaints on. Bosta handles complaints by email and in its dashboard, so Tarteeb files and follows them from your own Gmail and your Bosta dashboard. It uses your Gmail only for those complaint emails with Bosta.

What does the Print Helper need?

A Windows (64-bit) or Mac computer at the shop, switched on while you work, with your printers installed — a 4×6 or A6 label printer for labels, or an ordinary printer. Download it from Settings → Printing in Tarteeb, run it, and type the pairing code. The first time you run it, Windows may show a SmartScreen warning because the helper is new; choose "More info" and then "Run anyway".

If the computer is off, print the labels from the browser instead.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. Every person chooses English or Arabic for themselves, in the panel and in Tasleem. The WhatsApp messages to your customers start in Egyptian Arabic, and you can rewrite each one.

Is my customers' data safe?

It lives on Bunyawi's own server in Frankfurt, with your courier keys and tokens encrypted and each business walled off inside the database. Every sign-in needs your password and a code sent to your email. The details are on the security page.

What if I stop using Tarteeb?

Your orders stay in Shopify — Tarteeb works alongside it, not instead of it. Ask us to delete your business account and everything in Tarteeb is deleted within 30 days. How deleting an account works.

Create your account today. We will switch it on after a short check, and you can connect Shopify, your courier and WhatsApp in one sitting.
