Tasleem: delete your account in the app
- Open Tasleem and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Enter your password and confirm.
Your sign-in stops working at once, and every phone signed in to your account is signed out. The owner and the admins of the business you work for are told that you deleted your account.
Tasleem: if you cannot open the app
- Ask the business owner or an admin to remove you. In Tarteeb they go to Settings → Team, choose your name and delete the account.
- Or email [email protected] with your username and the name of the business. Tasleem accounts have no email address, so we confirm the request with the business owner and then delete the account within 30 days.
Tarteeb web accounts
- A team member — an owner or admin removes you in Settings → Team. You can also email us from the address on your account and we will arrange it with the business owner.
- A whole business — email [email protected] from the owner's email address. We confirm that it is you, then delete the business and everything in it within 30 days.
What is deleted, and when

When a whole business is deleted
Within 30 days we delete the business's orders and its customers' details, WhatsApp message records, courier data, claims and pickups, settings, stored credentials — courier keys and WhatsApp and Shopify tokens — and every team and dispatch account. The encrypted backups roll off within a further 14 days.
Copies held by the services you connected — your Shopify store, Meta's WhatsApp, Fincart, Bosta or your own Gmail — are under those companies' own terms. Delete them there too if you need to.
